About Mr. Ed's Strength and Conditioning
Hosted by Ed Meacham, former NFL and College All-American player. Ed has trained athletes for nearly 20 years. Our program has
trained athletes in the Texoma area for the past six summers. We have seen the benefit of what this program offers. Our former athletes have made vast improvements on the playing fields! This program has helped change not only the physical aspect of the athlete, but their mental approach as well. We have seen dramatic increases in our athlete’s performance in areas of strength, speed, endurance and overall conditioning. This program gives your child a healthier choice for a productive summer!
Location
The Nautilus Sports and Fitness Center & Health Club on Texoma Parkway in Sherman Texas.
Schedule
Each summer approximately 2 weeks after the schools let out for the year, we start our first session. Each session our eleven
staff members each get one group of athletes and train their group from the start of the camp until we finish each session.
Each session offers:
- 7:00AM - 30 minutes of stretch and abdominal class
- 7:30AM - each athlete gets into his or her group and will go through an hour of weight training
- 8:30AM - All the athletes will go through an hour of intense cardio fitness training. The trainers are required to train in their groups
- 9:30AM - The day ends with a light stretch and prayer time
